The AK220 Crawler Anchoring and Slope Protection Drilling Rig is a high-performance hydraulic rig designed for engineering and slope stabilization projects. Suitable for soil, sand, pebble, and weathered rock formations, it features a diesel engine and electric motor dual power system, combined with a motor-driven hydraulic rotary power head and chain propulsion mechanism. Its stepless speed regulation ensures smooth and precise drilling for anchor cables, bolt holes, down-the-hole operations, and casing installation.
Equipped with a three-section full hydraulic telescopic boom, the AK220 provides excellent reach and flexibility in confined or uneven terrains. The rig supports multi-angle drilling from 90° vertical to 65° elevation, and its efficient dry dust removal system with 12 filter elements and automatic back-flushing enhances operator safety, environmental compliance, and overall productivity in complex construction environments.
