Main Components

Twin-motor rotary system delivers high torque of 2400N·m and up to 150rpm speed, ensuring smooth drilling across various rock formations.
Oil cylinder feed system with 900mm feed extension enhances adaptability and ensures smooth rod handling. Wide range of working air pressure (0.8- 1.6MPa) and air consumption (9–15m³/min) provides compatibility with multiple air compressors.

Humanized integrated operating platform is easy to operate, with centralized layout for convenient monitoring and control. Equipped with Yuchai 78kW engine (Model YCD4T22T-105A), offering stable power and low fuel consumption for long-time field operation.
3340mm long feed stroke with 15kN feed force and 25kN lifting force meets deeper hole requirements and improves drilling efficiency.

The JC617 DTH Mining Drilling Rig is designed for hard rock blasting applications in mining, quarrying, and foundation construction. Capable of drilling φ90–100 mm holes to depths of up to 30 meters in formations up to F=20, it delivers stable penetration and reliable performance under demanding working conditions.
Powered by a fuel-efficient 78 kW YUCHAI diesel engine, the JC617 features a dual-motor rotary system, reinforced oil-cylinder feed structure, and high-efficiency hydraulic control. Its compact crawler-mounted design, strong climbing ability, and low operating cost make it a practical and durable solution for small to medium-scale hard rock drilling projects.
