Product Description
The JC843 is a fully hydraulic down-the-hole drilling rig engineered for medium-depth drilling operations with high precision and stability. Supporting drilling depths up to 21 meters and hole diameters from φ90 to 115 mm, the rig is ideal for mining, construction anchoring, and infrastructure foundation projects. Powered by a 162 kW Yuchai water-cooled turbocharged diesel engine, it features an Eaton 2K series rotary motor providing 2200 N·m torque and variable speed up to 100 rpm. The motor-driven chain feed system offers a 3400 mm stroke with 1100 mm extension, delivering smooth 12 kN feeding force for efficient rod handling. JC843 is equipped with a large-capacity 12-core dry dust collector, IP56-rated electrical components, and an intelligent integrated control panel, ensuring environmental compliance, operational safety, and real-time monitoring. Compact transport dimensions (8400×2300×2400 mm) and a crawler-mounted chassis provide flexible site mobility with dual-speed tramming (1.5–3 km/h), making it a reliable and efficient solution for demanding drilling environments.
