JC880 Down the Hole Fully Hydraulic Rock Blasting Pneumatic Drilling Rig

The JC880 is an upgraded fully hydraulic down-the-hole drilling rig designed for mining, quarrying, blasting, and civil engineering applications. With hole diameters from φ90 to 165 mm and drilling depths up to 40 meters, it delivers high rotary torque and smooth, stable operation. Powered by a Yuchai 70 kW turbocharged diesel engine (Cummins 74 kW optional) or an electric motor, all drilling, feeding, lifting, traveling, and positioning functions are hydraulically controlled for optimal efficiency.
The rig features a newly designed planetary gearbox with a compact structure, higher reduction ratio, and enhanced torque transmission, eliminating the need for damping joints and reducing maintenance and failure rates. Imported rotary seals, wear-resistant polymer liners, and manganese steel guide rails provide superior durability and long service life, even in unconsolidated or abrasive formations.
The dual-stage air filtration system ensures clean engine intake, while the integrated oil-water radiator maintains stable operation under high temperatures. The crawler chassis with imported travel motors provides strong climbing ability, two-speed travel for fast relocation, and support rollers requiring no maintenance. Track guards prevent derailment, and optional unpowered travel motors or hydraulic dry dust collectors can be added to meet project-specific needs.
