JC950 Full Hydraulic Crawler Mounted DTH Drilling Rig with Cummins Engine for Mining

The JC950 is a full hydraulic crawler-mounted down-the-hole (DTH) drilling rig engineered for high-demand mining and quarrying operations. Designed for versatility, it supports drilling hole diameters from φ90 to 203 mm and depths up to 21 meters, providing reliable performance across production drilling, pre-split holes, de-watering, and in-pit grade control applications.
Powered by a Cummins turbocharged diesel engine and paired with an Atlas Copco high-pressure screw compressor, the rig achieves optimal penetration and efficient hole cleaning even in rock hardness ranging F=6–20. Its carousel tube handling system and automatic rod loader reduce downtime and improve operational efficiency. Wide-angle mast adjustments (up to 142° dump and 92° swing) enable drilling in diverse site conditions, including steep benches and uneven terrain.
Operator safety and comfort are ensured with a ROPS/FOPS-approved cabin, ergonomic controls, rubber vibration dampers, and integrated service lighting. Environmental protection is enhanced through a hydraulic dry dust collector with a 30 m² filter area and 32 filter elements, with optional wet dust removal for water-rich geology. Optional digital features such as remote control, Smart Mine 5G real-time monitoring, automatic fire suppression, and RTK guidance enable precise hole layout, improved safety, and enhanced productivity.
The crawler undercarriage provides excellent mobility, two-speed travel (2/3 km/h), and 24° gradeability. Combined with an oscillation system and robust chassis, JC950 delivers stability and reliability in rugged terrains, making it a high-performing, efficient solution for mining, quarrying, and civil engineering projects.
