The SP619 is a compact, high-performance DTH drilling rig designed for shallow, large-diameter holes in municipal works, geothermal projects, pipelines, and small quarries. It supports φ90–φ400 mm drilling with up to 13,000 N·m torque and 80 rpm rotary speed. A 5,000 mm feed stroke, 900 mm extension, and strong feed/lift forces ensure smooth operation in unstable formations. Compatible with 1.0–2.4 MPa, 15–50 m³/min air systems, the SP619 delivers stable, efficient performance.

Main Components

High-torque rotary system delivers up to 13000N·m with variable speed (0–80rpm), ideal for large-diameter hole drilling in complex formations.
Equipped with φ76/φ89mm drill rods in 3-meter lengths, allowing rapid and stable drilling in shallow formation conditions.
Air compressor demand ranges from 15 to 50 m³/min and 1.0–2.4MPa, compatible with various air supply systems for both DTH and rotary drilling.
Tramming system supports 25° climbing angle with stable traction, capable of handling uneven terrain without compromising safety.

The SP619 Solar Pilling Drilling Rig is a compact and high-performance DTH drilling solution specifically developed for solar piling, foundation works, municipal construction, geothermal projects, pipelines, and shallow water wells.
