The JRC300 Reverse Circulation (RC) Drilling Rig uses dual-wall drill rods that return cuttings through the inner tube, delivering clean, uncontaminated samples with precise depth control. High-capacity air compressors produce dry rock chips and ensure steady penetration even in demanding formations. Compared with conventional DTH or top-hammer sampling, RC drilling greatly reduces cross-contamination, making JRC300 results highly reliable for mineral exploration and resource estimation.

Main Components

Diesel-driven hydraulic power: the on-board diesel engine powers a comprehensive hydraulic system that runs walking, rotation, feed, lifting, leg adjustment, and compensation functions.
Integrated DTH compatibility: the reverse circulation setup works with DTH hammers; compressed air is supplied by the compressor and cuttings are returned via the inner tube of the double-tube hammer.

Advanced dust control: gas-lift reverse circulation combined with a dust collector/cyclone separator effectively prevents environmental contamination and enables sample recovery.
Fully hydraulic rod handling: pipe loading and unloading (rod change) are achieved hydraulically to reduce manual labor.
