The JCD1200S is a robust crawler-mounted diamond core drilling rig engineered for large-scale and ultra-deep exploration projects. It features a powerful 140kW YUCHAI turbocharged diesel engine paired with a 330L/min hydraulic system at 28MPa, delivering exceptional torque and stability for demanding operations. With a 3500mm feed stroke and 30-ton pull-up capacity, it excels in penetrating high-resistance formations at angles from 45° to 90°. The dual-rope hoist system includes a 1000kg high-speed auxiliary winch and an 8000kg heavy-duty hoist for efficient handling of rods, casing, and tools. Equipped with a BW-200 mud pump (200L/min, 10MPa) and an 11kW maintenance-free hydraulic generator, it ensures reliable flushing and self-powered functionality in remote sites. Its mobility, with 3.5 km/h travel speed and 40° climbing ability, combined with remote and manual controls, makes it versatile for various terrains and professional-grade deep mineral coring tasks.
