The TR35 Top Hammer Drilling Rig is a compact and versatile hydraulic rig designed for hydropower construction, stone quarrying, tunneling, and civil engineering projects. It supports multi-angle and multi-position drilling, allowing operators to efficiently drill vertical, inclined, and low-horizontal holes. Equipped with imported rotary seals, a wear-resistant polymer liner, and manganese steel guide rails, the rig ensures long service life and stable drilling performance. The 63 kW Yuchai supercharged engine provides reliable power and easy maintenance, while the two-stage air filtration and integrated oil-water radiator maintain engine and hydraulic system stability under high-temperature conditions.
The rig features a crawler-mounted chassis with a two-speed walking system and strong climbing ability, enabling easy site mobility and the capability to tow an air compressor. Its side-mounted operator platform allows centralized control of both hydraulic and mechanical systems, while pneumatic controls enable one-handed operation during movement for enhanced safety. The hydraulic and mechanical double-lock design ensures high-torque output and extended service life compared with traditional worm and gear drives, making the TR35 highly efficient for challenging drilling environments.
